1) waiting for
2) freedom
3) People are happiest in Asia
4) witty, attentively sensual
5) A mental prison

1) Now you are there! Already for 20 minutes! But you wait because it is a good friend. You know exactly what it's like and have brought a book with you as a precaution. But somehow, it bothers you. If you hadn't known her / him for so long, you wouldn't be here now; But then she / he would not be late either. She / he could not be sure that you would really wait. These thoughts go through your head as you stand there. How good that it is not raining or snowing! It is a good thing that we live in the age of the mobile phone and can send a short message that they will be late a bit. Just be patient! This is a good friend! But what about relatives or family members? It is often even worse, although you should actually expect these people to make more efforts to be punctual, for example, because they are good friends, relatives or family members!

2) freedom
- alcohol-free, lead-free
- free or worry
- a day off = a free day
- Every employee has a certain number of days off / free days
- Imprisonment is deprivation of liberty
- the liberation of slaves
- liberation from dictatorship
- liberty, equality, fraternity
- But what would normal people really do with their freedom. Every minute, they would have to decide what to do with the next minute. "To be free" does not mean to be able to do what one wants, but to make a decision about what one wants. And let's face it, decision making is tiring. It is much more convenient to go into the pleasant yoke of executing commands because one is then free from having to decide what one wants!

3) People are happiest in Asia. This is shown by opinion polls. They strive for a nirvana, a nothing, a dissolution in nothing. With European terms, I would say that they simply conform to their fate. The European, on the other hand, has removed this passivity since Protestantism and is actively trying to shape his / her future. This is probably one of the main reasons for the economic differences between these two types of cultures.

4) "She wasn't very witty, but attentively sensual!"
This is how Heinrich Heine expressed himself 160 years ago in his volume “Travel Pictures” when he wanted to say that someone is “blonde” in today's sense.

5) A mental prison frees us from things that would bind us in our intellectual freedom.
